ECC Learn (ecclearn.com) is the student portal and online learning platform of ECC Computer Training Centre, based in New Delhi, India. We provide computer skills, digital literacy, and creative courses online and in-person.

We collect the following types of information:

• Account information — your name and email address when you register.
• Learning progress — which lessons you have started or completed, and your course enrollment status.
• Payment and enrollment records — enrollment status, payment method type (Razorpay or KBZPay), and transaction reference numbers. We do not store full card numbers or bank details.
• Support information — messages or queries you send to ECC via WhatsApp or email for support purposes.
• Usage data — basic information about how you use the app, such as pages visited, for improving the service. We do not sell this data.

• To create and manage your student account.
• To track your learning progress and resume your lessons where you left off.
• To process your enrollment and verify payment status.
• To send you important updates about your course, such as new lesson releases or schedule changes.
• To respond to your support requests.
• To improve ECC Learn based on usage patterns.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your information for advertising profiling.

Your data is stored securely using Supabase (cloud database infrastructure). We use industry-standard security practices including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) and access controls.

Payment processing is handled by Razorpay (for India) and KBZPay (for Myanmar). ECC Learn does not store payment card details.

You can ask us to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Correct any inaccurate information.
• Delete your account and associated data (subject to legal retention requirements).

ECC Learn uses browser cookies and local storage solely to keep you signed in to your account. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies.

ECC Learn is designed for students aged 13 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has registered, contact us and we will remove the account.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a revised effective date. We will not make significant changes without providing notice through the ECC Learn portal.
