Terms of Service

ECC Learn (ecclearn.com) is the online student portal for ECC Computer Training Centre. It provides access to course lessons, learning progress tracking, and student support resources for enrolled students.

• You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
• Your account is personal and not transferable. Do not share your login credentials.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Contact ECC immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
• ECC reserves the right to suspend or close accounts that violate these terms.

• Access to courses requires a valid enrollment. Enrollment is subject to fee payment and confirmation by ECC staff.
• Course content, including videos, PDFs, and lesson materials, is provided for your personal learning use only. You may not redistribute, copy, or resell any course content.
• ECC Learn may add, update, or remove course content at any time to improve quality or accuracy.
• Access to your course materials remains active for the duration agreed at enrollment. ECC will communicate any changes in advance.

• Course fees are set by ECC Computer Training Centre and communicated at the time of enrollment.
• Payments are processed via Razorpay (India) or KBZPay (Myanmar). ECC Learn does not store your payment card details.
• Refund requests are handled directly by ECC Computer Training Centre. Contact us via WhatsApp to request a refund. Refunds are subject to ECC's refund policy at the time of enrollment.

You agree not to:

• Share, sell, or distribute ECC course content without permission.
• Attempt to access other students' accounts or ECC's systems without authorization.
• Use ECC Learn for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws.
• Upload harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content via any feature of ECC Learn.

All course content, including videos, lesson text, PDFs, and branding, is the intellectual property of ECC Computer Training Centre. Your enrollment grants you a personal, non-transferable license to access and use that content for learning purposes only.

ECC Learn is provided on an “as is” basis. We make reasonable efforts to ensure the platform is available and accurate, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or that all content is error-free.

ECC is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of ECC Learn, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

ECC may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you through the ECC Learn portal when significant changes are made. Continued use of ECC Learn after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from use of ECC Learn shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India.
